If you would like to let users pay you by Paypal when they win one of your auctions, you will need to setup your account for this. To be able to start accepting payments via Paypal, simply click the "Manage Account" link once you have logged into your account, which is located towards the bottom of the left navigation bar. Once the Manage Account page has loaded, simply scroll towards the bottom of the page and input your Paypal address where it says 'Paypal email address'. Then click update, and from now on when you list auctions you will be able to accept Paypal as a payment. IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ENTERED YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS WHEN YOU REGISTERED, THIS STEP IS NOT REQUIRED. ONLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS IF THE SITE IS PREVENTING YOU FROM ACCEPTING PAYPAL AS A PAYMENT!

If you have won an auction and sent payment for an item on Lot Of Music and not yet recieved the item, we encourage you to contact the seller directly either by email or telephone. Disputes can often be settled between the buyer and seller with no intervention from Lot Of Music. If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, we encourage you to dispute the transaction with Paypal (if you sent payment to the seller via this option), and also contact us immediately and we will look into the transasction and suspend the sellers account if neccassary.

If you have not recieved payment from the winning bidder of one of your auctions, Lot Of Music encourages you to contact the buyer directly via email or telephone. In most circumstances, disputes can be settled between the buyer and seller with no intervention neccassary by Lot Of Music. If you have tried contacting the buyer and have either recieved no response or haven't been able to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will investigate the transaction. Please note however, Lot Of Music cannot force the buyer to complete any transaction - however refusal to do so may result in their account being terminated with immediate effect!

Lot Of Music gives members the opportunity to setup a store on-site to use as a platform to sell all their goods from. The store feature is especially designed for members who are going to be selling a large number of items (and multiple quantities of the same item), as a way for them to easily keep track of all their auctions. Once you list an item in your store, the listing will not expire until you remove it, or all of the item quantity has sold.

Creating your own store at Lot Of Music is quick, easy, and free! Simply login for to your members account (Create one here if you don't have one) and on the left navigation panel scroll down until you see "Subscription Setup". Click this, and then tick the box which states "Enable store". You can then start editing and adding to your store using the 'main settings' , 'store pages' , and 'custom categories' links which are located on the left navigation bar also.
